amazing day yesterday

Hot yoga isss Amazing !!! definatly the hardest physical thing ive ever done but totally worth it. I loved it.
I also finally got a shatter polish by opi yesterday. got the white one and i really like it so far . ill post a picture once i do my nails with it :) sorry for the short post today

horrible weather

It has been raining so far all week and it will be raining the rest of the week too :( I dont like rain every day

on the other hand  I am going to try bikram yoga for the first  time today. Bikhram yoga is yoga in a room of 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 percent humidity. From what ive heard, you sweat like youve never sweat before and can burn from 500-1250 calories per class. each class is 90 minutes and you cannot lleave the room before class is over. Ill keep you guys posted on how it goes for me.
